**OFFICIAL RULES — MILLIONAIRE MAKER SWEEPSTAKES**

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

**1. Sponsor:**  

Millionaire Maker Sweepstakes LLC, is the sole sponsor of the Millionaire Maker Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”).

**2. Eligibility:**  

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible. Void in Florida, New York, Rhode Island, and where prohibited by law.

**3. Sweepstakes Period:**  

Begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on May 1st 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on December 31st 2025.  With this being our first sweepstakes we are giving more time.  We are hoping in 2026 to have multiple sweepstakes.

**4. How to Enter:**  

There are two ways to enter:

a) **Paid Entry:**  

Visit [your website URL] and purchase a sweepstakes ticket for $1. Each paid entry includes one bonus sweepstakes entry. Limit [X] paid entries per person.

b) **Free Entry:**  

Visit millimakler.com and complete the form to receive one (1) free entry. 

**5. Prize:**  

One (1) Grand Prize: $1,000,000 awarded as a lump-sum payment by check. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,000,000. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received.

**6. Drawing and Notification:**  

Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or around 12/31/25. Winner will be notified by email and/or phone and must respond within 14 days to claim the prize.

**7. Taxes:**  

All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

**8. General Conditions:**  

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the sweepstakes at any time. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final.

**9. Privacy:**  

Information collected is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy

**10. Publicity:**  

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes consent to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

**11. Release and Limitations of Liability:**  

Sponsor and its affiliates are not responsible for any technical or human errors that may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries.

**12. Governing Law:**  

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to conflict of law principles.
